In this role, you will use **hand tools** , **power tools** , and standardized work instructions to assemble components and build high‑quality products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment. **Key Responsibilities** + **Assemble Components** — Build products and sub‑assemblies using hand and power tools according to specifications. + **Read Work Instructions** — Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly. + **Inspect Finished Parts** — Perform quality checks to confirm products meet company standards. + **Operate Tools & Equipment** — Safely use drills, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and other tools required for production. + **Maintain Work Area** — Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. + **Meet Production Goals** — Work efficiently to support daily output targets. + **Collaborate With Team** — Communicate with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues and improve processes. **Qualifications** + **Manufacturing Experience** preferred but not required; training provided. + Ability to use **hand and power tools** safely and effectively. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. **Shift & Pay** + 1st shift - 4/10 hr shifts (M-Th) + pay: $18hr **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Suwanee, GA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
