Whether you're a Fresher looking to start your career or an experienced Electrical Assembler, we'd love to connect with you! **Position:** Electrical Assembler **Location:** Tulsa / Sapulpa **Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire (Long-Term Opportunity) **Pay & Benefits:** - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - 15% Shift Differential for 2nd Shift - Opportunity for permanent employment with benefits **Shift Availability:** ✅ 1st Shift – Open ✅ 2nd Shift – Open (Additional 15% Shift Differential) **What You'll Be Doing:** As an Electrical Assembler, you'll work in a modern manufacturing facility assembling electrical systems and components used in industrial equipment. **Your responsibilities include:** - Assemble electrical panels and control boxes - Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing - Install switches, relays, breakers, connectors, and electrical components - Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions - Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely - Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies - Maintain production standards while ensuring safety and accuracy - Work collaboratively with the production team **Qualifications:** We encourage Freshers and experienced candidates to apply! **Preferred qualifications include:** - Electrical Assembly, Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse, or Industrial experience - Basic knowledge of electrical wiring or electrical components - Experience using hand tools or power tools - Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams (preferred but not mandatory) - Comfortable working in a fast-pace
