Your Key Responsibilities - Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information - Check production status within and in between each production sequence and taking action in case of deviations - Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes - Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts and follow proper protocol - Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines - Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Your Qualifications Required - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English - Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment - Good visual acuity - Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required - Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred - Minimum of one (1) year of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment - Experience working with power tools - Ability to read Blueprints Our Offering - 2nd and 3rd shift premium available - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match - Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits (https://schaefflerbenefits.com/) As a global company with employees around t
