Skills and Requirements Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best in class safety practices. Mastery of low voltage, fiber, and structured cabling installation for mission critical environments. Advanced capability in commissioning, system validation, and telecom quality control processes. Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and construction schedules. Experience identifying design discrepancies and managing technical change control. Operational & Digital Skills Ability to build and manage work activity sequencing and project phasing plans. Strong computer skills: MS Office, Blue beam, and construction management platf
