Description The Project Manager will lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-impact design-build projects for leading clients across the food and beverage industry, bringing their manufacturing facilities from concept to reality. In this role, you will drive the day-to-day execution of projects spanning engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), overseeing everything from safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control to subcontractor coordination, client partnerships, and final turnover. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping state-of-the-art production environments that power the products people use every day, while partnering closely with clients to translate operational needs into purpose-built, innovative facilities. From project inception through completion, you’ll be empowered to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards—while influencing the future of manufacturing in a dynamic and growing industry. - Adhere to safety programs, training and policies, as well as promote and manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors. - Provide leadership and guidance in multiple facets of projects including safety, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, environmental compliance, project controls, and public/community relations. - Develop new and manage existing client relationships while interfacing with the client for proposal and project related items. - Lead internal and external project risk reviews and consult with the legal department as required. - Expert in the review, negotiation, approval, and execution of prime contracts, subcontracts, and change orders. - Implement the Project Execution Plan, including engineering, procurement, and construction execution, the quality assurance plan, safety & health plan, subcontracting plan, project staffing plan, organization chart, and
