Job Summary: The Site Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and contractors working on construction and industrial services projects. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects by implementing and enforcing safety standards and protocols set by AIS Infrastructure. - Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and potential risks in the workplace. - Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans and activities. - Provide safety training and orientation to employees and contractors, emphasizing the importance of safe work practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss situations, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions. - Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, inciden
