As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the long‑term capital improvement program for a major healthcare system in San Diego. Your work will span both routine capital projects—such as medical and imaging equipment upgrades—and larger, complex initiatives including the design and construction of a new hospital. You will lead multiple small to mid‑scale healthcare projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include: - Developing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and recommending award - Leading contract negotiations and managing design and construction teams - Coordinating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) - Overseeing stakeholder engagement, schedule and cost management, and reporting - Providing executive‑level updates and ensuring successful project delivery - Serving as an on‑site representative, collaborating directly with healthcare system leadership For larger master‑plan efforts—such as new hospital or medical office building construction—you will support the broader delivery team and take ownership of specific project components.
