Job Summary The Senior Project Manager leads high-impact initiatives across Medical Supply Chain Operations, including warehouse construction, network capacity expansion, and distribution network optimization. This role drives end-to-end execution of capital and operational projects, enabling scalable, efficient delivery of medical products. The position partners across operations, engineering, finance, and external vendors to deliver complex projects that have a lasting impact on the Global Medical Products and Distribution network. Responsibilities - Project Planning and Management: Develop, manage, and execute complex projects related to medical supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints. - Operational Process Change: Lead and support the implementation of operational process changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. - Distribution Center Optimization: Evaluate and optimize distribution center operating layouts to maximize space utilization, improve material flow, and enhance productivity. - New Building Design and Layout: Facilitate the design and layout of new buildings and modifications to existing facilities, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and industry best practices. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Operations leaders and other key stakeholders to identify project opportunities, define project scope, and ensure project alignment with business goals. - Project Implementation and Adoption: Oversee project implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Drive project adoption through effective communication, training, and change management. - Performance Monitoring: Track project performance against key metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
