Koniag Advisory Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company **,** is seeking an experienced, dependable, and team-focused Housekeeping Supervisor IV to lead housekeeping and environmental services operations for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital. This position is covered under the Service Contract Act. We are looking for a confident leader who can support multiple shifts, work closely with other departments, and help keep the housekeeping team running smoothly. **Responsibilities include:** + Plan daily work assignments and help set team priorities + Supervise housekeeping staff across multiple shifts + Train, coach, and support team members + Provide orientation for new employees and refresher training for current staff + Communicate clearly with staff about assignments, expectations, and department goals + Work with administration on department needs, employee concerns, and operational challenges + Monitor cleaning quality and partner with infection control, nursing, facilities, and other departments as needed + Help manage room turnover priorities and communicate delays or urgent needs + Coordinate with the linen supplier and review service records and invoices + Order supplies, help maintain equipment, and support vendor coordination + Assist with schedules, staffing coverage, timecards, and daily shift operations + Participate on safety and infection control
