Job Description The Construction Turnover Lead, part of the data center construction team, is responsible for orchestrating the phased, secure, and on-time turnover of new data center capacity from construction to operations. Serving as the primary liaison among the developer, their general contractor, vendors, and Oracle’s operations team, this role ensures all turnover deliverables—including as-builts, commissioning and test records, compliance certifications, and O&M manuals—are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered per schedule. The Construction Turnover Lead also verifies that all Method of Procedure (MOP) documents, standard operating procedures, and emergency procedures are developed and reviewed for adequacy. This role coordinates vendor-led training for site operations, manages punchlist and deficiency closeout, and facilitates clear communication and documentation throughout the turnover process. By maintaining rigorous standards, the Construction Turnover Lead ensures each increment of data center capacity is safe, secure, fully documented, and ready for smooth operational integration.
