This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. The Carpenter performs skilled maintenance, repair, and finish carpentry work to support industrial and commercial facilities. This role requires expertise in woodworking, facility repairs, and blueprint interpretation to maintain safe and functional work environments. This position will work 2nd shift. In this job, you will: + Repair and maintain various structures and equipment in industrial and commercial establishments, working from detailed blueprints, drawings, and oral instructions + Perform rough-to-finish carpentry work on buildings, office partitions, benches, scaffolding, framework, platforms, and trim + Operates woodworking tools such as electrical saws, routers, drills, planers, lathes, jointers, molders, borers, and sanders. + Makes shop computations relating to dimensions of work and selects necessary materia
