The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of building systems and be capable of identifying, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance in a commercial/industrial work environment\. Other Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: **Equipment Maintenance & Repair** • Install, repair, maintain and fabricate manufacturing equipment and perform other general maintenance and service functions\. • Duties include but are not limited to mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance, welding, pipefitting, air conditioning, carpentry work and painting\. • Perform periodic inspections and tests and report findings\. **Operational Support** • Receives general instructions from supervisors and notice of service required from supervisors and other plant personnel\. • Works from blueprints, sketches and oral instructions and specifications\. • Uses all hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for completion of assignments\. • May direct other employees assigned to the job\. **Special Duties:** The company agrees to pay employees who are required to work from a hanging chair or climb to work height, in excess o
