Primary responsibilities include mechanical assembly and acceptance test of stainless steel seafood processing equipment (as well as other mechanical food processing equipment); engineering drawings will be provided to guide assembly. Job Responsibilities and Requirements Responsibilities : + Assemble mechanical equipment consistent with engineering drawings; document and report issues/deviations affecting form, fit or function + Perform QC check from list provided and document results + Use computer software to perform transactions and capture labor to each job + Build small assemblies and large-scale seafood and poultry equipment and conveying systems + Build shipping/crating skids for national/international equipment shipping Requirements: + Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings + Must be able to identify and operated basic hand tools and small power tools + Must be fluent in both written and spoken English + Strong communication skills & ability to ke
