Employer: Aerotek. Job Title: General Laborer (1st or 2nd Shift) ($18.00/hr.) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our production team. You will be responsible for folding and assembling vegetable boxes with a partner, stacking them once completed, and repeating this task throughout your shift. This role involves physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, twisting, and performing housekeeping functions to ensure machinery functions properly, reduce hazards, and maintain the plant's appearance. You will contribute to a team environment by cross-training and filling in for other operators during absences and breaks. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Essential Skills - Manufacturing experience - Production experience - Labor skills - Machine operator experience - Forklift or Pallet Jack experience Additional Skills & Qualifications - High school diploma or GED - Ability to work in a loud, hot, humid, dusty, greasy, and high-volume environment - Willingness to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for the duration of the shift Why Work Here?
