CMa responsibilities include overseeing contractor quality control, observing work for compliance to the contract documents, managing submittals, progress schedule, communication with the owner and directing the project to achieve planned outcomes, separating the advisor from the contractor's internal Quality Control (QC). **Key QA/QC roles for the CMa include:** **Contractual Oversight:** + In the CMa model, the CMa and architect share contract administration responsibilities.
