This role includes machine setup, basic troubleshooting, quality inspections, and maintaining accurate production records while supporting continuous production flow and ensuring all products meet internal and customer specifications. **Responsibilities** + Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets. + Set up machines according to production specifications, including adjustments for different materials and product requirements. + Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments to maintain optimal operation and product quality. + Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. + Conduct quality control inspections on finished and in-process products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications. + Use measurement tools, such as tape measures, to verify product dimensions and tolerances. + Support production activities by coordinating material flow and ensuring machines are supplied with required materials. + Maintain accurate and timely production records, including output, quality checks, and any machine adjustments or issues. + Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment around heavy metal materials and machinery. + Perform routine housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. + Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed to keep equipment in good working condition. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals. **Essential Skills** + Proven ability to safely operate production machinery in a manufacturing environment. + Experience with machine operation and setup, incl
