This role involves routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and accurate documentation of production activities while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. **Responsibilities** + Operate slitter machines to cut foil rolls to specified widths and lengths according to production requirements. + Set up machine parameters, blades, and cores based on detailed product specifications. + Inspect finished rolls to verify proper tension, alignment, and adherence to quality standards. + Monitor machine operations continuously and adjust settings to minimize waste, defects, and downtime. + Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues early. + Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to keep machinery in good working condition. + Keep accurate production logs and ensure all documentation is completed correctly and on time. + Follow established safety protocols and immediately report any safety concerns or equipment issues. + Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace around all machinery and production areas. **Essential Skills** + Hands-on experience in production, machine operation, or general labor in a manufacturing environment. + Previous experience with slitter equipment or similar machinery in manufacturing (preferred). + Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment. + Ability to interpret job specifications and quality standards and apply them accurately to machine setup and operation. + Strong hand-eye coordination to handle materials and operate equipment safely and efficiently. + High level of attention to detail to ensure precise cuts, proper alignment, and consistent product quality. **Ad
