If Machine Operator sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now! **Responsibilities for a Machine Operator include but are not limited to:** + Operate a variety of production equipment and machinery to manufacture ventilation and specialty products. + Monitor product quality, identify production issues, and recommend corrections to minimize scrap and downtime. + Complete production reports, track equipment performance, and maintain accurate documentation. + Perform basic equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and operating adjustments as required. + Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. + Support production goals and assist in other manufacturing areas as needed. **Candidates for Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Minimum of 3 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience. + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets. + Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety. + Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes. **What's in this Machine Operator position for you?** + Pay: $19.50/hour + Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM + Alternate shifts may be available based on business needs + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adecco's As
