Major Function: Responsible to operate paper bag machines in a safe manner and produce quality product with minimal scrap, meet production schedules and keep work area clean. Primary Duties: - Perform timely and thorough quality checks throughout the shift and record them on your shift report. Packer/Inspectors are required to perform quality checks every ½ hour. - Perform any light maintenance that is needed on machine and communicate major issues to supervisor/lead person. - Run and catch on a machine or run 2-3 mac
