Employer: Progress Rail Services Corp.. 11938BR PRS Facility Location: Cleveland, OH Trackworks - 441 Job Purpose: Competitive starting pay range $25/hr, eligible quarterly production bonus $200-$500, and full benefits from day one!!! 1st shift 4:30 am to 1pm or 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, Pay range $25/hr. 2nd Shift 4pm to 12:30 am, Pay range $25 plus $3.00 shift differential. Overtime available Progress Rail CNC Machine Operators work with heavy machinery producing railroad track components. They maintain equipment to ensure it operates safely and effectively. Their duties include preparing machinery for daily use, inspecting machinery for safety issues, and producing quality full track panels, turnouts and crossings, as well as build other rail components to customer specifications.
