Employer: Kelly Services. **Machine Operator** **Location:** Dover, NH **Job Type:** Temp to Hire **Salary:** $21-24/hour depending on experince Shift -1st 5:00 am -1:00 pm **SUMMARY** The Machine Operator is responsible for the overall production and operation of a highly complex converting machine, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, training, housekeeping, and basic crew-level maintenance. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality machine performance within the designated department while supporting overall production goals. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Set up, operate, and monitor assigned converting machinery to produce products that meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and production schedules. + Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical or electrical issues affecting machine performance, making basic adjustments when appropriate and escalating maintenance concerns as needed. + Inspect product output throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards, promptly reporting any non-conforming materials or production issues to production management. + Accurately record and maintain production data within designated production software systems to ensure reliable operational reporting and traceability. + Maintain an organized and efficient work area by staging materials, managing workflow, and supporting smooth machine operation and production continuity. + Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, proactively identifying and reporting safety concerns to minimize workplace risk. + Collaborate with production leadership to achieve performance objectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, output, and operational effectiveness. + Participate in special projects and assignments as business dictates. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** This position has no supervisory responsibilities. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIO
