If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a talented production team, this is the opportunity for you! Your Daily Impact: - Set up and operate vertical milling machines (G-CODE experience preferred) - Prepare, cut, and finish raw materials according to blueprints - Safely handle materials using overhead cranes and hoists - Inspect and assemble die components to exact specifications (+/- 0.001 mm) - Manage machine maintenance and inventory of tools/parts - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Your Background: - Associate’s Degree or equivalent technical training, or 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience - Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) - Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (support and accommodations available) - Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and a team player Ready to join a company that invests in your success?
