You will set up and program the press brake, perform precise adjustments, and complete quality checks to ensure each part meets production and safety standards. The position requires consistent attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications. + Program the press brake and enter dimensional information into the machine software to achieve accurate bends and forms. + Adjust angles, flange lengths, and other parameters to ensure parts meet required dimensions and tolerances. + Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine settings, tooling requirements, and material needs. + Perform in-process and final quality checks on finished products to verify they meet specifications, making adjustments as needed. + Maintain equipment by performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting basic malfunctions, and coordinating repairs when necessary. + Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards while following all established safety protocols and procedures. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support efficient workflow, meet production schedules, and resolve issues that may affect output or quality. + Document production activities accurately, including materials used, parts produced, and any adjustments made during the process. + Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality production. + Participate in training and development activities to build skills in press brake operation, fabrication, and related processes. **Es
