Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake and forming equipment to bend and fabricate sheet metal and custom trim components. You will read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements, adjust machine settings to achieve accurate angles and tolerances, perform quality checks on finished products, and work with various materials including steel and aluminum. You will assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate press brake/forming equipment. + Bend and fabricate sheet metal and custom trim components. + Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements. + Adjust machine settings for accurate angles and tolerances. + Perform quality checks on finished products. + Work with various materials including steel and aluminum. + Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed. + Maintain a safe and organized work environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Ability to read and use a tape measure. + Proficiency in reading and following blueprints. + Familiarity with press brake, brake press, trim brake, and trim carpentry. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Background in sheet metal, roofing, or structural components. + Experience with custom fabrication or production work. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that start internally after 30 hours of work.
