To learn more about our story click HERE. _The Machine Operator - Paint is responsible for operating powdercoat (blades) and liquid (holesaw) paint equipment._ **You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:** The Machine Operator - Paint is responsible for operating powdercoat (blades) and liquid (holesaw) paint equipment. + Set up, operate, and shut down paint line + Able to work in dust, vapors, etc. + Load/unload paint line with product + Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required + Inspect and verify product according to quality standards + Use paint thickness gauge to verify paint thickness + Hone turnover belt (
