Job Title: Machine Operator | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | $21-25+HR Job Description This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery in a high-quality production environment. You will perform routine quality checks, follow detailed work instructions, and support continuous production while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift, with training initially provided on 1st shift. Responsibilities - Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to production requirements. - Perform routine quality checks to ensure all parts and products meet specified standards and tolerances. - Read and interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, and production documents to complete assigned tasks accurately. - Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain consistent product quality and production efficiency. - Use hand tools and related equipment safely and effectively during setup, operation, and basic adjustments. - Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations and take appropriate action to correct issues. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards. - Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production standards at all times. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues, quality concerns, or process improvements. - Support general production and assembly tasks as needed to meet overall manufacturing goals. Essential Skills - Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Ability to work 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM) and remain open to overtime as needed. - Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to adjust and maintain machine performance. - Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, and production documents. - Experience with machine operation
