You’ll be:** + Operating and maintaining fin press machines for heat exchanger fin production + Setting up, running, inspecting, and troubleshooting the press line to ensure quality and efficiency + Loading and threading metal coils (aluminum/copper) into machines, ensuring proper alignment and feed + Adjusting machine settings—speed, pressure, die alignment, lubricant flow—for optimal performance + Performing in-process inspections using gauges, micrometers, and visual checks for quality verification + Monitoring coil and fin quality to identify burrs, misfeeds, or tooling wear + Performing basic maintenance such as lubrication, die cleaning, and filter replacement + Assisting with die changes and setups, adhering to safety protocols + Recording production data accurately and timely + Collaborating with maintenance and tooling staff to resolve issues + Maintaining a safe and clean work area, following all company safety and 5S standards + Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and scrap reduction **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have prior experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery (fin press or similar preferred) + Are comfortable working on a 3rd shift schedule + Can per
