Employer: Aerotek. **Machine Operator - $20/hr HIRING IMMEDIATELY** **Job Description** Join our dynamic Service Bureau department, where you'll contribute to printing labels for grocery stores. You'll primarily work with shelf strips, posters, and price tags, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Operate lamination machines, setting up and performing changeovers for label and lamination machines. + Cross-train to run different machines within the department. + Perform various production duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience. + At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience. + Previous experience with printing or press operations is beneficial but not required. + Ability to troubleshoot and perform changeovers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined with at least 6 months of relevant duties. + Experience in inspection, production, packaging, general labor, machine operation, labeling, flexography, quality control, and quality checks. + Verified work experience with references. + Punctuality and reliability are essential. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for career advancement.
