Key Responsibilities - Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools - Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules - Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors - Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals - Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications - Previous mechanical assembly experience - Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints - Strong attention to detail and quality - Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Basic mechanical aptitude Benefits - Weekly pay - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Opportunities for advancement - Clean, team-oriented work environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, OH.
