The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal forming processes and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. This role requires precision, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate press machines and CNC/manual press brake equipment to form, bend, and shape metal components according to specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure precise production. + Adjust machine settings, tooling, and fixtures to achieve accurate dimensions and tolerances. + Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency. + Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent output within quality and production standards. + Conduct routine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition. + Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading/unloading metal components. + Maintain accurate production and quality records. + Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company procedures in a manufacturing environment. + Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S standards. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience operating press machines, press brakes, or similar industrial manufacturing equipment. + Strong understanding of metal forming processes and machinery operation. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Experience using precision measuring instruments. + Basic mechanical aptitude and troublesho
