Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** This role operates press machines, press brakes, and similar industrial manufacturing equipment to form, bend, and shape metal components to precise specifications. The Machine Operator reads and interprets technical documentation, performs accurate measurements and inspections, and ensures that all products meet established quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate press machines and CNC/manual press brake equipment to form, bend, and shape metal components according to specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate and precise production. + Adjust machine settings, tooling, and fixtures to achieve correct dimensions, tolerances, and part quality. + Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures. + Monitor machine performance and product output to ensure consistency with quality and production standards. + Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and make appropriate adjustments to maintain production efficiency. + Conduct routine maintenance and basic upkeep on machines to keep equipment in good working condition. + Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading and unloading metal components safely and efficiently. + Maintain accurate production and quality records, documenting measurements, inspections, and any adjustments made. + Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and internal company procedures while working in a manufacturing environment. + Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S standards. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues that may impa
