The employee will have direct input into product quality and will be expected to contribute to continuous improvement efforts as part of our Lean Manufacturing initiatives. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for operating in addition to assembling and disassembling multiple machines and equipment. + Will operate both manual and automated equipment. + Ability to assemble and disassemble various machines and equipment. + Ability to perform preventative maintenance on equipment is essential. + Ensure all products produced meet established quality standards. + Follows Standard Operating Procedures and other regulatory requirements. + Maintain proper documentation practices. + Ability to troubleshoot basic issues on certain machinery/equipment. + Contribute to continuous improvement projects as directed by management. + Keep work area clean and organized at all times. + Participate in cross training opportunities and other activities as required. + Meet or exceed established production targets. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Minimum education requirement of high school diploma or GED. + Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Experience in extrusion manufacturing or injection molding processes a plus. + Demonstrates understanding of FDA regulations pertaining to medical device man
