We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assembling components and products according to precise specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step. What You’ll Do - Assists the lead operators on production line equipment efficiently while maintaining Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Production standards. - Promotes and follows all EHS and Quality guidelines and procedures. - Performs minor set-ups, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines. - Ability to accurately account for production quantity, process scrap, production time, and traceability practices by filling out a daily production log. - Recommends safety improvements as needed - Ensures all housekeeping and equipment standards are met. - Assists in training temporary workers to pick/place/pack/palletize. - Able to conduct basic operation of cardboard baler, plastic baler, compactor, carton erector, pallet jack, and taper/tape gun. - Provides support and assistance to other line teams as needed. What You Bring - High School Diploma/GED preferred. - No previous experience is necessary, on-the-job training will be provided. - Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English. - Must be able to perform simple math calculations. - Must be computer literate.
