Employer: ManpowerGroup. Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a **Machine Operator** , you will be part of the Manufacturing supporting Team. The ideal candidate will ability to operate machines, follow instructions and complete maintenance activities per instructionsof which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Machine Operators** **Location: Sparks, Maryland & Hunt Valley Maryland** **Pay Range: 18.00/hr to $18.55hr based on shift** **Shift available: 1st shift (6:00am-4:00pm) 2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm) and 3rd shift (10:00pm- 6:30am)** **What’s the Job?** + Independently run multiple lines including setting up and managing changeovers + Controls and adjusts machine settings. + Inspects in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and removes defective products, packaging, and component material. + Performs routine set up, operation, minor routine maintenance, preventative maintenance. + Must follow all BD housekeeping, safety policies and procedures. **What’s Needed?** + 2-3 years of solid and consistent manufacturing experience + Must be able to work overtime + HS Diploma/GED + Strong Attention to details **What’s in it for me?** + Weekly checks + Climate controlled environment + Temp to perm + Medical & Dental Plan + 401(k) + Overtime hours + Some locations close to bus line If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
