Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled saw machine operator to join our team. This position involves operating a variety of saws to cut piping to specified lengths and thicknesses. The role requires comfort with computers and strong math skills, particularly with fractions and decimals. The operator will cut metal based on customer specifications and will learn to perform quality checks using tools like tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. **Responsibilities** + Operate various saws to cut piping to specified lengths and thicknesses. + Use computer systems to manage work orders and specifications. + Perform quality checks on materials using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. + Ensure accuracy and precision in cutting metal to customer specifications. + Train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and prior saw machine experience. + Ability to interpret measurements using a tape measure. + Comfortable with computer systems and strong math skills. **Shift** Monday- Friday 8a-4:50p plus OT **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wrightsville, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
