Employer: ABM Industries. **Overview** The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. **Pay Rate:** $20.00+/hr depending on experience plus a Bonus: $1000! ($500 bonus after 60 days and $500 after 90 days) The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Military Occupational Specialty Code: 92S, 91J, BM, 0111, 3F1X1 **Responsibilities** • Provide leadership and direction to team members • Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management • Report performance issues to the Supervisor • Assist with the training of cleaning team • Coordinate work assignments • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building • Assist the Cleaning team with snow removal and salt spread • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property • Report work orders for maintenance • Makes sure premises are secured at all times • Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work • Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building • Check supplies, equipment, and ch
