This role is responsible for performing cleaning duties throughout patient rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, and food service spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows established cleaning standards, and provides excellent service to everyone in the facility. This position offers **first and second shift opportunities** , supporting a healthy and well-maintained environment through consistent, high-quality work. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily and scheduled cleaning tasks in patient rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, and food service areas + Follow established hygiene, infection control, and safety standards + Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain clean and safe walking surfaces + Sanitize high-touch surfaces and equipment + Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively + Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other consumables + Communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and staff + Report maintenance issues, hazards, or unusual conditions + Maintain punctual attendance and reliability + Adapt to changing needs and complete additional housekeeping duties as assigned **Essential Skills** + Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or environmental services (healthcare or commercial settings preferred) + Ability to clean and sanitize various environments thoroughly + Knowledge of floor care (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming) + Ability to use cleaning equipment safely + Strong customer service and communication skills + Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude + Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented + Strong attendance and punctuality **Additional Qualifications** + Experience in hospitals, nursing homes, or long-term care facilities is a plu
