This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of guest service, hospitality operations, and housekeeping in a team-oriented environment. **Compensation & Schedule Options** **Full-Time:** + $20/hour + event gratuities (wedding weekends) + Paid Time Off + Health Care Coverage **OR** **Part-Time:** + $18/hour + Flexible schedule **Start Date:** Beginning mid-August **Schedule Requirements:** Weekends are required **Typical Hours (flexible as needed):** + Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM + Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM **Key Responsibilities** **Breakfast Service** + Prepare and serve breakfast to guests (à la carte or buffet based on occupancy) + Set up and maintain breakfast area + Ensure cleanliness and restocking during service **Front Desk & Guest Services** + Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs + Operate the property management system (PMS) + Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries + Provide a high level of guest engagement and hospitality **Housekeeping** + Clean and refresh guest rooms daily + Maintain cleanliness of common areas + Ensure overall presentation of the property meets standards **Qualifications** + Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment + Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor + Comfortable working independently and as part of a team **Requirements** + Availability to work weekends (required) + Flexibility with schedule + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, li
