Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Picker Packer - Day Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Picker Packer in a cold storage facility where you will be responsible for picking and packing food products. This role requires the use of RF scanners, a keen attention to detail, being on your feet for the entirety of the shift, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pack food products efficiently and accurately. + Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy. + Maintain attention to detail to prevent errors in packing. + Work on your feet for the entire shift and handle heavy lifting tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with packaging and picking processes. + Proficiency in using RF scanner guns. + Familiarity with warehouse, distribution, and production environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work effectively in extremely cold temperatures within a cold storage facility. + Commitment to punctuality and reliability. + Strong communication skills to ensure proper coordination if late or absent. **Why Work Here?** Experience a dynamic work environment where efficiency and teamwork are highly valued.
