Employer: Aerotek. **Job Description** The Residential Plumber is responsible for performing plumbing installations during both the rough-in and trim-out phases of new construction projects. This role supports full-cycle plumbing work, ensuring systems are installed correctly, safely, and in compliance with applicable plumbing codes and quality standards. The plumber works closely with project teams to help keep projects on schedule, on spec, and completed to a high level of craftsmanship. **Responsibilities** + Perform rough-in plumbing installations on new residential construction and related projects. + Complete trim-out work, including installing fixtures, connections, and final system components. + Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications to accurately execute plumbing layouts. + Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and plumbing fixtures using materials such as PVC, cast iron, and other approved piping products. + Ensure all plumbing work meets current plumbing codes, safety regulations, and internal quality expectations. + Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to support efficient jobsite operations. + Follow daily work schedules and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and milestones. + Troubleshoot plumbing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. + Maintain proper use of tools, equipment, and materials to complete work safely and efficiently. + Support general labor and installation activities as needed to keep projects moving forward. **Essential Skills** + 3–5+ years of residential plumbing experience, including both rough-in and trim-out work. + Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, plumbing codes, and installation practices. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications. + Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems and fixtures. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability t
