This role ensures that all plumbing systems function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with building codes and facility standards. The Plumber works independently or as part of a team to diagnose issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and respond to urgent repairs to support patient care and facility operations. **Essential Functions** + Installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, medical gas piping, and other facility plumbing components. + Troubleshoots plumbing issues, diagnosing and repairing leaks, clogs, pipe breaks, and malfunctioning fixtures. + Performs preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment, ensuring proper operation and compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes. + Assembles, installs, and tests new plumbing components, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, pumps, and backflow prevention devices. + Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations and modifications. + Monitors and maintains medical gas distribution systems, ensuring proper function and adherence to healthcare safety regulations. + Works collaboratively with maintenance teams, contractors, and other facility staff to coordinate plumbing-related projects and repairs. + Maintains accurate records of work performed, inspections, and system status, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements. + Responds promptly to emergency plumbing calls, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations and patient care. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Maintains regular and reliable attendance. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** + 2-4 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, installation, or repair required + Experience in h
