As a CBRE Plumber, you will coordinate general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and fixing of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. What you’ll do + Repair, install, replace, test, and solve the water and medical gas supply and distribution system. + Install new water systems, piping, and fixturesbyblueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. + Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using aplumber’ssnake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer. + Support colleagues or external workers with projects or equipment installations. + Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices. + Offer training toadditionalteammembers for themto carry out minor plumbing maintenance and repairs. + Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned. + Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed. + Follow all activity policies and procedures, alwaysincluding all HSE-related requirements. + Finish the HSE programs & activities asr
