Program Manager Location: Remote - United States Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 + Bonus Eligible Work Schedule: Remote position supporting facilities operations across all U.S. time zones, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam. Candidates should expect flexibility in their workday and availability to support business needs across multiple time zones. About the Role As a CBRE Program Manager, you will lead strategic facilities management programs supporting a large, complex national client portfolio consisting of approximately 70,000 locations and over $200 million in annual facilities spend. This role is highly visible and requires a self-directed professional who can quickly assume ownership, build credibility with stakeholders, and deliver results with minimal oversight. This job is part of the Program Management function. The Program Management team is responsible for the creation, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that support operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction across CBRE's portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management , Corporate Real Estate, or related operational environments. This is not a project-focused construction role. Instead, this position supports ongoing facilities services programs, including areas such as janitorial, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and other integrated facility management services. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, manage demanding client expectations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and independently drive program performance.
