United States Suitability/Public Trust Fully remote Information Technology Overview GovCIO is currently hiring a Project Coordinator to support the VHA Front Office product line within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT). This role is a fully remote position within the United States. Core office hours are 8am – 5pm ET. Responsibilities The Project Coordinator will support a Product Manager within VHA Front Office product line by providing day-to-day operational coordination, maintaining situational awareness across product lines, and ensuring timely communication among VA stakeholders, Product Owners, and project leadership. This role is responsible for organizing project activities, facilitating information flow, supporting reporting requirements, and contributing to business metric collection that drives program visibility and decision-making. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional communicator and writer, capable of producing clear summaries, good news stories, and concise updates for internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily activities supporting VA Product Teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, confirming attendance, and tracking action items. - Serve as a central point of contact for collecting updates from stakeholders, POCs, and cross-functional teams. - Maintain strong situational awareness — understanding the program landscape, roles, titles, expectations, and appropriate communication channels. - Support multiple VHA Front Office products concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively and adapting to shifting needs. - Assist with VA PARS reporting, including gathering data, validating inputs, and preparing submission packets. - Coordinate updates with ProductVA and ensure information is accurate, complete, and aligned with program guidance. - Collect and compile business metrics and operational indicators to support program management review
