Job Title: Senior Proposal Pricing Analyst Location: Dayton, Ohio Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 Work Model: Remote/hybrid Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance: Not specified Overview NO THIRD PARTIES 8+ years of pricing experience, including at least 5 years of direct GovCon pre-award proposal pricing, familiarity with Price-to-Win (PTW) methodologies, Experience developing Bills of Estimate (BOEs) Responsibilities - Lead pre-award proposal pricing efforts, including RFP analysis, pricing strategy development, and submission execution - Develop Cost/Price Volumes, BOEs, and pricing narratives in compliance with solicitation requirements - Construct and maintain complex pricing models, including direct labor, indirect rates, and subcontractor inputs - Support Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis and competitive pricing strategies - Collaborate with capture teams, account managers, and business units to gather inputs and develop winning pricing approaches - Partner with Contracts, Recruiting, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate and complete cost inputs - Lead pricing reviews and present financial data and strategy to executive leadership, including the CEO and CFO - Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal estimating systems, proposal requirements, and FAR/DFARS regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation - Manage multiple pricing submissions simultaneously under tight deadlines - Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship - 8+ years of pricing experience, including at least 5 years of direct GovCon pre-award proposal pricing - Preferred: Experience with Deltek Costpoint - Familiarity with Price-to-Win (PTW) methodologies - Experience developing Bills of Estimate (BOEs) - Previous leadership experience in pricing or program control functions - Experience using salary databases such as BLS, ERI,
