Employer: Aerotek. Warehouse Associate $23/hr Job Description Join our warehouse operations team in West Jefferson, OH, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial to supporting our production and distribution processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for pulling and packing orders, managing inventory, receiving materials, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. Responsibilities - Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications. - Utilize hand-scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to facilitate all pick, pack, and inventory actions. - Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before packing. - Prepare items for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and ensuring product safety during transit. - Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts. - Prepare orders for loading onto trucks for delivery, following safety regulations. - Comply with all warehouse safety regulations and guidelines. - Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily order fulfillment targets. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills - Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. - Fast learner and self-motivated. - Proficiency in typing and computer operations. - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure. - Self-motivated and adaptable in a team environment.
