As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Location:** Allentown, PA **Pay Range: Up to $37/hour** **Shift: 2nd- 2-10pm & 3rd- 10pm-6am** **What's the Job?** + Perform predictive, preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on production equipment. + Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines. + Repair, assemble, and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. + Calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation. + Rebuild, install, and make field repairs on centrifugal and diaphragm pumps. **What's Needed?** + Associate degree or Trade School certification in a technical field with a minimum of 3 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of maintenance experience. + Ability to work off shift (2nd or 3rd shift) and willingness to work overtime and weekends as required. + Ability to qualify for and utilize specialized personal protective equipment, including arc flash and fall protection gear. + Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills. + Experience with PLC, CNC, and industrial control systems is preferred. **What's in it for me?** + 3rd shift differential pay of 10%. + Comprehensive benefit package including retirement, medical, dental, and vision coverage. + Paid holidays and opportunities for career growth. + Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on safety and innovation. + Join a dedicated team committed to excellence and continuous improvement. **Upon completion of waiting period associates a
