At Coreworks, we do the right thing for our clients, patients, and one another every day. **Short Description** **Maintenance Technician duties and responsibilities** **3 plus years of experience** Maintenance technicians handle various routine service requests in commercial buildings and determine when a job requires the expertise of a plumber , an electrician , a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technician or another expert. They may also have administrative duties, such as documenting work orders. Common duties include: + Performing routine maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters + Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures + Repairing damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines + Painting the building when the old paint fades or chips + Keeping tools and equipment clean, organized and in good condition + N
