As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors within our building. You will work under supervision to perform a variety of essential maintenance tasks, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. **What You’ll Do:** + Perform preventive maintenance and address work orders across the facility to ensure optimal functioning of all building systems. + Self-perform smaller maintenance items and complete weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks. + Maintain all aspects of the facility, including troubleshooting technical issues. + Conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, chillers, boilers, and water heater systems. + Adhere strictly to all Infection Control protocols to maintain a sterile and safe environment. + Assist in maintaining clean and orderly buildings, ensuring quality standards are met. + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. + Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. + Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
