We are seeking nine skilled technicians to work across three shifts: 1st Shift (6:30am - 2:30pm), 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 10:30pm), and 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 6:30am). This role requires mandatory work every other weekend, with voluntary overtime during the week. Technicians will be using laptops and communication devices regularly while working closely in a team setting to repair and maintain advanced pneumatic and automation equipment. **Responsibilities** + Engage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production. + Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems. + Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery. + Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical components. + Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment. + Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, equipment issues, and replacement part usage. + Install new automated systems and equipment, configure controllers, and set up sensors. + Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency. + Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipment. + Conduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment. + Strong experience in repairing pneumatic systems. + Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, pneumatic, and computer control systems. + Ability to diagnose and resolve simple to complex technical issues within automated systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with
